On a road trip through Scotland visiting distilleries I spotted many different textures and line play within the different locations…

The Freedom of Expression
There is a skate park nearby filled with metal ramps, concrete and graffiti. With the bright sun light from last week it gave me perfect patterns of shadows and structures. You can find the best things sometimes in the most unexpected places, as long as you are willing to see it…

ZigZag
Walking around the train station of Naarden Bussum my eye caught a corner showing a brick wall that was shaped in a zigzag. During the last year shooting photos for the #urbangeometry project I found loads of sites like this and walls became a thing for me to look more closely at because they sometimes can be a hiding place for great textures.
Just a few more days and the new project Closer and Closer will kick of and this week a new feature will be added to the site, so before we step into the new year please check in here again for the latest update! Great things just around the corner!
Have a creative day!
Cheers, Ansgar
